the day that you walked past my house

I started to forget you

I was okay with moving on

I saw you everyday

My friends became yours

I could finally tell you how I felt

After all this time

Then you tore my life

you took my paradise

and you destroyed it

my perfect world

shattered at my feet

I was thrown into a storm

you said you had things going on

you have family issues

it couldn't be blamed on you

you roped my best friend into it

convinced her you loved her

then you threw her heart away

took her sweetness

tore it apart

ruined her

ruined me

I hope you know

I will never be the same

you changed me

and not for the better

while I used to love you
