Have you been kicked?

One day i was sitting down at a table with my friends and i was in the third grade and then a boy that was in the fith grade came over and said can i have your apple i said no because it was mine and i bit it. So then he asked one more time and i said no he said y i said because i already took a bite. Then he took it away from me and then i kicked him in the nuts and he droped the apple and you know the 5 sec rule and i kept eating it and after that day he never asked for anything from me again.
