It was her home – surrounded with mother, father, sisters, uncles and aunts – just like every other perfect family round the corner. It was summer of 2000 where she was relishing her greatest time filled with giggles, chuckles, games and tiny meals. After a stretched day, when she decided to take a nap, she founded herself lying beside the Demon. Compelling a gaze at him, all she had was a spark in her eyes and a grin on her lips. Little did she know what was waiting for her?
The demon cunningly influenced her to play around with him and took her to his house. For the first few initial days, they both enjoyed their time being together and she was happy because she knew he loved her, feed her with favorites, and all that a little girl gets pampered in every possible way. But, then, there was the day that destroyed her childhood and left a blotch for a lifetime.
While she was captivated building the house of her dreams, the demon abruptly seized her from behind. She was horrified for once, but then she knew it was nothing but the safe arms. Those hands, then, in full swing, began to slither down the way to her midriff. The first chill marked its terrain. Trembling and stunned, when she asked him what he up to was, he responded – ‘Relax. It’s just a part of the game we’ve been playing for weeks. I won’t hurt you.’ She trusted her yet again. The demon was in full power. His hands wandered through the midriff to all over her face. She hastily flexed him away and initiated her rescue. Chasing her -he hard-pressed her to the wall. Mouth sealed with rigid palm, tremors rolling through the body and eyes clogged with tears, she knew things will never be the same again. Unexpectedly, the doorbell echoed – It was her aunt. Demon warned her to not open her mouth or else her parents will be the next fatalities.
For the next several weeks, she was terrified and broken. The innocence lost her smile. There were no giggles and chuckles around the home. However, she was, in such a tender age, smart enough to not display her exhausted self to parents. But, for the last time when demon enforced himself on her – she sportingly said NO – just like a warrior she came out of the cobweb she’s been trapped into for long. A word – NO – won a battle for her. Singlehandedly.

But, somewhere deep down inside, all she recollects is her last words – Why did you do this to me, Brother? Period.
