Dear Sister

By hazel basil

Dear Sister,

you are beautiful

in ways you don't see

when you laugh

you're smile spreads across your face

and your eyes scrunch up

you are caring

you see when I hurt

and you comfort me

you see through the fake smiles

you see when others hurt

you bring them joy

you take care of so many

but who takes care of you?

when you hurt

you make yourself small

you become quiet

your energy disappates

when you love

you're at your finest

pure joy twinkles in your eyes

your energy spreads like a wildfire

your smile is impossible to erase

and I can't help but smile back

Author Notes: Thanks sis, for seeing me :)
