Something I thought that would never be done,
Others say it was doomed before it begun,
A love between strangers grew over night,
A feeling that never put up a fight,
Memories will forever remain,
Trying to suppress this awful pain,
What once was, is now lost forever,
Starting anew on a future endeavor,
The love remains, the happiness hidden,
Maybe this story was always forbidden,
I’ll never regret the choices I made,
A love I hold dearly that will never fade.
