dilemma of a romantic

I'm just a kid.
That's true
but
I can still fall in love.
I can believe that I've found the person of my dreams even if I've barely even dreamed.
Just like any normal human.
I love a girl
who loves me
but loves another too.
That's okay.
I'll always give her time
and a shoulder to cry on.
A thank-you is all I need.
But
I wish that she was mine and not his.
I don't want her to look at him
the way I look at her.
I love her too much
to tell her how I feel.
Oh well.
