Is it a gay couple, then? My name is Sam and I've got a granddaughter, Samantha. The difficulties they had traveling to an unfamiliar destination all seemed familiar to me. (I got lost more than a few times like that many years ago) The story is well-written, utilizing very good sentence structure and, but for a few misplaced commas, correct punctuation. Just so you'll know, I'm new to this site and this is my first review. As is my long time habit, I give everyone the highest grade.
billyyoutwo1 No, not gay. Sam's (Samantha's) husband is navigator, map reader. People normally think of women who are hopeless at these tasks. So, a story supporting this stereotype and generalisation might bring a chuckle plus food for thought. The story would fit, yourself, Sam, as navigator and your granddaughter as driver.
