it’s a funny thing
some people heal quicker then others
and some people don’t heal at all
some peoples wounds scar over
and some peoples wounds never heal
instead they stay open for everyone to see
some people cause your scars
and others help you clean them up
healing has no time
you can still be hurt in 3 minutes or 3 years
because you’ve lost the one you used to care for
the one you would spend everyday with
the one you thought would last
cause there was no definite end
no, instead it just stopped
but somehow when it stopped
the wounds healed over
and your heart had all its pieces again
the wounds weren’t open for everyone to see no instead they were closed and hidden away
you were finally complete
and yet you’re not healed
