Beyond my grasp
A feeling exists
It's meant to last

Past my reach
Beyond the door
A love that's encompassing
A love so pure
.
Into the air
And above the crowds
Love with outstretched wings
Soars into the clouds
..
Receiver of my affection
A gravestone marks
My loving prayer
To heaven, embarks
.
Over the moon and stars
My love stands tall
Engrained in my thoughts
Forever in my soul
..
I place a rose for you
It soon withers and decays
But unlike the single flower
My love is here and here it stays.
