Hero

We've all got flaws

But I'm expected not to

So I hid it behind a cape and mask

As I safe the lives of others around me

I become the strong hero that's needed

Ignoring the increasingly empty feeling in my chest

Plaster on a smile for the crowd

Fly around making them forget I'm human

Yet I always hope

That someone would show up

And be a hero for me
