Hold My Hand Daddy

By Kirra Cameron

Hold my hand Daddy

And show me the way

So that I can go out

Into the large world one day

Teach me the basic

And then let me learn

Should I ever get stuck

You'll help me learn.

Cheer me up Daddy

If I ever feel blue

I can always rely

From a kind-hearted you.

Dry my face Daddy

as the tears roll in

Calm me down

As my anger storms in.

Show me the rainbows

Then release me free

To the big wide world

Where I'll be.

Love you Dad
