I Remember

I remeber everything; I remeber tears of joy and tears of sad, I remeber far to many Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches, and I remeber the last words. I remeber fights and dance battles. I remeber late night t.v shows and early morning school clothes.

I remeber everyhting; I remeber the manipulation and the whispered talks. I remeber burning food and late bills. I remeber sickness and worry.

I remeber everything; I remeber yelling back at you, sneaking out of my room late at night for a snack or two. I remeber the lies. I remeber the late work hours and helping them with the homework.

I remeber everything; I remeber you and her, I remeber you and I, I remeber you and them. I remeber you.

I remeber everything; I remeber everything you tried to hide, I remeber all the sickening feelings in my gut when I had to go to school and leave her because I knew you couldn't look after her. I remeber toys locked away and I remeber no way out.

I remeber everything.
