I Think You're Still Lying

By TheForgotten

You swore you would never lie,

Is that why you disappeared

And said you wanted to die?

You seem to find pride

In how convincingly you've lied,

And when you bragged about it to me,

You promised that

With me only the truth would be set free,

But I'm beginning to think that was fake,

And this paranoia is a feeling I can't shake,

Because you promised you wouldn't lie,

And I'm starting to think

I might just need to say goodbye,

Because how was I supposed to know if it was true

If lying is all you do?
