Inspiration
“It’s ridiculous,” he said to the empty room, “I’m a writer so I should be able to write, right?” He giggled a little at his pun or word-play or whatever it was called. He never knew the difference.
“The blank page should be an invitation not a challenge” he said in a tone that suggested he didn’t exactly believe his own words. “So why the hell am I dithering like this?”
He fixed a frown of concentration on his face and began to type. In moments he had produced a short piece of work – and you have just read it!
