Invisible Force (Αόρατη Δύναμη)

-From the Meletic Scrolls.

Within our capacities and mental faculties, there exists an engaging element of the mind that is continuously active in our contemplative process. It operates beyond our immediate perception and influences every thought, decision and action we undertake. In Meleticism, this element is known as the Invisible Force, which is a subtle yet powerful energy that correlates with the different states of mind, shaping the intrinsic structure of our thoughts and perceptions.

This force does not operate in isolation, but is in constant interaction with the energies within and around us. It is the unseen flow that governs the patterns of our consciousness, determining how we perceive reality and process experiences. When we become aware of it, we realise that our consciousness is not static but dynamic, always shifting in response to our internal and external surroundings.

At its core, the Invisible Force influences the frequencies of our thoughts, much like ripples expanding outwards when a rock is cast into a still pond. The patterns we establish within our consciousness dictate the emotions we feel, the choices we make, and the perspectives we hold about life itself. This unseen energy is not just a passive force; it is a shaper of reality that molds our interactions with the present world.

There are two primary forms of energy that define our internal state and external expressions, which are positivity and negativity. These energies manifest in our thoughts, emotions and actions, shaping our meaningful experience of life. They do not merely exist in opposition to each other, but in a delicate interconnection, each one influencing our genuine perceptions and behaviours.

Negativity, when left unattended, leads to stagnation. It manifests as doubt, fear, anger or apathy, disrupting the natural flow of our rational mind. It disrupts our ability to see beyond the immediate obstacles in our path, keeping us trapped in an undesirable cycle of limitation and distress. When negativity dominates, our energy becomes dense and constrictive, preventing any measure of growth and progress.

On the other hand, positivity is the radiant force that allows our thoughts and emotions to flourish naturally. It is the impetus behind motivation, creativity and clarity of the mind. Unlike negativity, which hinders movement, positivity encourages expansion. It fuels our drive to explore, to learn and to evolve. This energy nurtures the self, replenishing the mind and body with a sense of possibility and hope.

The importance is not to suppress one energy in favour of the other, but to understand them both. Suppression only leads to greater turbulence within the mind. Instead, we must cultivate awareness, recognising how these energies interact and influence our thoughts. By acknowledging negativity without allowing it to control us, and by nurturing positivity without becoming blinded by idealism, we maintain balance.

Each breath we take symbolises this process. Inhalation brings new energy into the body, whilst exhalation releases what is unnecessary. When we breathe out, we do not simply expel air, we let go of tension, stress and emotional burdens. The act of breathing itself is a reminder that we are constantly engaging with the Invisible Force, whether we realise it or not.

The Invisible Force is not confined to the mind alone; it exists within the synergy of the mind and body. Our thoughts shape our physical state, just as our physical state influences our thoughts. When there is actual harmony between the two, we achieve inner balance, which is a state where our intuitive senses heighten and our awareness expands beyond the ordinary.

To access this state, we must cultivate a higher awareness that allows us to perceive the subtle interactions between our thoughts, emotions and surroundings. This awareness is what gives philosophical clarity to our decisions. The logos or the faculty of reason, becomes our guide in discerning the nature of our thoughts, ensuring that our expressions and actions align with wisdom rather than manifest impulse.

Our mind is our mechanism and our body is our temple, which is a vessel through which thoughts are processed and manifested. When we become aware of this understanding, we begin to intuit the depth of the Invisible Force within us. It is no longer an abstract concept but a tangible reality, felt through every experience, every challenge and every moment of self-reflection.

The convergence of our inner energy and the magnetic presence of our consciousness enables us to explore the innermost depths of our thoughts. Through practices like meditation, contemplation and self-awareness, we refine our ability to detect and understand this unique force. Meditation, in particular, serves as a method of attuning ourselves to the flow of energy, allowing us to perceive how our thoughts shape our emotional state.

This exchange of energy is a continuous process that vibrates through us, affecting both our mental and physical well-being. When we allow negativity to dominate our thoughts, we become drained, and our energy levels fluctuate erratically. When we embrace positivity and cultivate emotional resilience, we elevate our vibrational state, resulting in clarity, vitality and a sense of inner peace.

Mastering our consciousness is the key to unlocking the world of ideas and vision. This mastery is not about controlling every thought; it is more about developing an awareness of our mental and emotional landscape. It is through this awareness that we discover the healing power of the mind, which is the ability to cleanse emotions, to release burdens and to restore balance.

Enlightenment is not merely a state of understanding; it is a process of purification. Whilst the soul reaches liberation through enlightenment, the body and mind must undergo a process of refinement through virtues. Virtues such as temperance, wisdom and perseverance serve as guiding principles, allowing us to navigate life with clarity and purpose.

To understand the nature of the Invisible Force, we must acknowledge its role in the transformation of the self. Imagine walking through a dark tunnel, the end of which is unknown. The journey is long, the path uncertain, and the air heavy with immediate doubt. This tunnel represents the shadows of negativity or the thoughts and emotions that impede our vision and obscure our path.

As we persist, as we learn and grow, we begin to see a faint light in the distance. With every step forward, the light intensifies until we emerge into clarity and illumination. This light represents the radiance of positivity, which is the realisation that, no matter how consuming darkness may seem, it is always temporary.

Through this journey, we gain a deeper appreciation for life. We realise that reality itself is not fixed but malleable, shaped by our perceptions and decisions. The present moment is all that is guaranteed, yet within it lies the real power to reshape our future.

Challenges and hardships are inevitable, but they are not insurmountable. They are a part of the grand tapestry of existence, meant to refine us, to test our resilience and to push us towards self-discovery. When we believe in ourselves, when we align our actions with wisdom and virtue, we strengthen our connection to (To Ένa) the One that embodies unity, clarity and harmony.

The Invisible Force that exists within us is not a passive element, it is an active energy that we possess and control through our wisdom. It is not external; it is intrinsic to our being, woven into the fabric of our consciousness.

When we embark on the journey of self-discovery, we uncover the essence of our true self. In that moment of realisation, we also discover To Ena, which is the source of harmony, the embodiment of positivity and the eternal radiance of hope.
