Truly enjoy the structer and rythem of the poem. Can feel the tone, takes me to a place we have all experienced. You grasped that moment beautifully.
Loved it!
One suggestion - the 'pain' and 'again' rhyme really killed the rhythm of the poem. It made my brain stop to look over the stanza instead of praise the work itself.
Besides that, I believe you are doing great!
Andy (Formerly Apemann) I disagree with your comment. The lines scan perfectly and the two words are in context with one another, which is the point of the stanza.
