Please Forgive Me Poem

The only word that I can say is that I'm sorry,
I've cried so much, but please don't worry.
I need you more every growing day,
But sorry is what I feel to say.
I admit that I've been out of line,
But I promise you that I'm going to re-align.
My insecurity is going to drive us apart,
But I will never let what's special depart.
My hand in yours is its belonging,
But this hurt shall not keep prolonging.
Please keep my heart safe and warm,
We shall get past this brief storm.
