RETURN to EARTH

It was around the year 8500 BC, that it happened.

A band of over forty space travellers, known as Jason and the Argonauts, returned to Earth in their starship (ARGO).

Jason, was the captain.

Many adventures, Jason and the Argonauts had, over twenty long years of deep space travel.

They visited countless worlds, encountered many lifeforms, got trapped in other dimensions, went back and forth through time and travelled through hyperspace.

When Jason and the Argonauts returned to Earth, they witnessed a devastating catastrophe.

The destruction of their home land, Atlantis.

From the Argo, they saw a shower of comets rain down on the continent.

Volcanoes erupted, sending clouds of smoke sky high. Mighty earthquakes cracked wide open the land. Mountains crumbled, cavern systems collapsed, ash fell from the sky, wild fires spread and buildings fell to ruin.

Whole civilizations perished too.

Finally, the waves rolled over and submerged Atlantis.

With their homeland gone, Jason and the Argonauts

visited other places on Earth. Places like Egypt, Peru, Greece and Tibet.

They met many Atlantean survivors, who managed to flee Atlantis before its destruction.

The thing was, Jason and the Argonauts couldn’t decide where to settle down.

In the end, they went to live underground.
