Sadness

Sadness is always eating you up inside,making you feel usless and alone.Sadness will make you not want to get up in the morning,making every thing you do a challenge even the simplest things.Sadness makes showers,eating,and pretty much any thing that involves you getting out of bed a challange that you dont want to do.Sadness consumes your days your weeks,your life.Sadness makes the blade cut deeper and deeper as the days grow longer and longer.

Author Notes: The last sentence was not true for me but for some one I am very close with.She is doing better but at one point she was suicidal.She hurt her self but thankfully didn't cause any permanent damage.
