Silence

By 𓆩קhσꫀɳi᥊𓆪

Here one minute, gone the next

True silence does not exist

Like the quiet before the storm

Or the rest when you are worn

It’s peaceful and calming, although you should know

Somewhere else there’s chaos about

Screaming and clawing and giving you doubt

But just when you think it’ll never end

The stillness is back, like an old friend

There one minute, gone the next

True silence will never exist

Author Notes: I'm not that good with poems, but I hope you enjoy.
