Rejected by love under sunlight,
And snuggled underneath silent moonlight.
Held by the comfort of my thoughts
And the stars that lie above;
Their shining eyes my favorite friend
The soft beams that glow upon my pillow
Through the gleaming, slatted window
Tell the sad story of a girl's crying times;
As the black midnight sky leaving room for thought
As her unimportant wind begins to whirl.
The stars are hidden in the day,
The inconsequential being led astray.
I may want to fix the silent showers,
That flow behind a masked image-
But I can't.
The Moonlight is silent.
Author Notes: I'm okay, just a little sad sometimes
