Superheros and Villains- Part Nine

(Eden's pov.)

I laugh as she backs up,"I was just going to ask if you wanted to watch a movie." She takes a deep breath and leans against the wall. "You cannot just do that to someone." I laugh, "would you like me to kiss you?" Her face goes red, "lets go watch that movie."

I smile, following her into the living room. My phone buzzes as I sit down, I check it. Four messages from my mom, two from carter, two calls from James, and two calls from James's mom.

Mom: Where are you?

Mom:Get home now!!

Mom:You are so grounded!

Mom: Are you okay?

I type a reply.

Me:Yes, be home ltr.

Carter: I get to share a room with James, that is how cool his mom is.

Carter: Your mom called, you are with her, aren't you?

Me:Yes. Tell James and his mom I am fine. Don't say anything to my mom.

I turn my phone off, just as the movie starts playing. I lay down on the couch my head in her lap, she smiles down at me. Her fingers playing with my hair, I close my eyes, and feel soft lips brush mine. I kiss back, curling my hand into her hair, and pull her closer.

She pulls away. "You kissed me." I say, searching for clarification, my head still in her lap. "Yeah,I did." She smirks and unpauses the movie. "Lets watch the movie." I laugh,"okay."
