Is this the promise land?

Is this the time I have been

Dreaming about all of my

Life? Is the time of the future

Now? I don’t feel ready.

If it is now, then I suppose

I’d better focus on it, rather

Than dream of tomorrow,

Perhaps I should enjoy today,

But I don’t feel ready.

How far into the future am I?

How close is the end? How

Long until I’ve lost what I

Have? How long until I feel

Ready? Will I even feel ready

When this time has passed?
