THREE GOLDEN APPLES

Once upon a time, there was a little girl, called Polly.
Polly was always cheerful and happy. She enjoyed going on wonderful adventures.
One day, Polly entered a large garden.
The garden was very beautiful with flowers, bushes, ponds, fountains, small trees, crystals, gem-embedded paths of gold and animal ornaments.
There was plenty of life too, including dragonflies, butterflies, bees, small birds, squirrels and frogs.
Then there were the Elemental beings.
Polly saw unicorns, nymphs, gnomes, dwarves, goblins, elves, fauns, satyrs, fairies and a baby dragon with its mother, or father.
At one point, Polly came to a clearing at the centre of the garden.
In the middle of the clearing, there stood a gold-coloured tree, bearing golden apples.
Surrounding the tree, was a large, multi-coloured serpent.
Polly had no fear of the serpent, which radiated benevolence.
Suddenly, the serpent spoke.
It told Polly, that it was forbidden for her to eat the golden apples.
Polly was disappointed.
The serpent then told her, that she was allowed to pick the fruit, only if she gave it to someone else.
So that’s what Polly did.
She picked three apples and left the garden.
When she returned home, she gave one to her mum, one to her dad and one to her little sister, Annie.
