Why Is There No Word?

There needs to be a word,

For the feeling after you cry,

When you're still sad

But no longer want to die,

That deep chested,

Heavy soul feeling,

Where you can feel your heart

As it begins healing,

Why is there not a word for it?

One which would fit,

Maybe the latin root post,

But would it fit the most?

Maybe add in the root sens,

Or would using only latin roots be dense?

Why is there not a word for that?

Perhaps we should all sit down

And have a chat,

There needs to be a word,

Because how am I supposed to

Explain how I'm feeling

When there's not even a word

For what I've been concealing
