WONDERS of NATURE

One day I was walking

Over the vast moorland

I stared up at the sky

And saw a thousand beautiful birds

I thought to myself

I wish I was up there

Flying with the birds

With wings of my own

And flying with unseen dragons

One day I was sitting

On a rock by the shore

I stared out to sea

And saw a great blue whale

I thought to myself

I wish I was out there

Swimming with the blue whale

In the ocean deep

And swimming with unseen mermaids

One day I was flying

High up in a balloon

I stared down at a plain

And saw a herd of magnificent horses

I thought to myself

I wish I was down there

Running free with the horses

Across the mighty plain

And with unseen unicorns
