This story made me think in two mindsets; my childhood and being an adult.
The simple, innocent, creative pleasures of my childhood mind, and the responsibility of an adult and parent.
As an adult, we take life too seriously. If we learn to relive our childhood from time to time, we'll find happiness along the way and learn to be carefree again.
If we feed our mind with happiness, it's like releasing an endorphin in the heart that helps the body. It's one of the many factors that can help the body to be healthy.
