Four year's ago

"Get out!" Jayline, my mother, yells.

"Mom.." I whisper, and I look hesitintly at the knife in her hands.

"So help me God, Clementine, if you do not leave I will slit my throat!!" She yells, and raises the knife to her neck.

"Mom.." I say, and slide my foot toward her. "Please, mum. Don't do this. Think about Jason and Dad. Th-they can't live without you!" I raise my voice a little louder.

"T-they can, though," and with that she cuts her throat.

"MOM!" I yell and rush towards her, I take my shirt off and press it against her neck. "Do not die on me, Madre. We need you!" I say, but her eyes are already lifeless. I grab the house phone and dial 9-1-1.

"9-1-1, what's you emergency?"

"M-my mother, sh-she killed herself. Send an ambulance! Please!"

"Ambulance is on their way, whats your address?"

"593 Zelding street. Hurry please."

"They are five minutes out. Can you stay on the line?"

"M-maybe."

Five minutes later, the ambulance arrives and carries my mom out in a body bag.

One year ago

"Atlas!" I say quietly in the alley way.

"Clem, what the hell are you doing here?"

"I want in," I say, and he walks out of the shadows.

"Why?"

"My mother killed herself, I'm out of money, Dad is drinking more, and Jason is sick! I need the money, I want in,"

"Okay, but this is something that never ends." he pulls me in his arms, and I crumple.

"What do you want from me?" i yell into the empty room. The door opens to a man. "I want to go home..."

Bang!

Three years ago

"Clem, just join."

"No, A, I can't. I already have too much on my plate," I mutter.

"The offer will be up, I say you take it into consideration," Atlas walks back into the club.
