… 24 hours…

… from gently yielding night comes promise in grey dawn…
retreating from subduing demons… from their diminishing sting
… sprouting eager shoots of trust… of expectation… of anticipation and belief…
awake proud day… arise sweet sun… embrace kind warmth…
… and grasp that time, that light… before those demons awake again…
