Creature of the night

The green-eyed creature advances through the dark night.
The stars gleaming above it, reflect in its emerald eyes.
The mysterious feline jumps from tree to tree, twig to branch.
Its paws land softly on the bark, making no sound.
The enigmatic creature's tail sways from side to side as it walks around.
Its pink nose sniffs the surroundings checking for any smell of prey.
Suddenly it sees it's prey.
Stalking it slowly, it approaches waiting for the right moment.
It pounces and successfully killed the target.
The mysterious feline then leaves the night to return home.
