Dear You,

I saw you with him today and I couldn't look away. You looked so happy; you were smiling and laughing, holding onto him like you used to hold onto me. Do you think of us, like I do? Do you miss me, I miss you? I wish we hadn't said those words, then maybe I would still have you and you would have me.

I know you are happy with him now but I don't want you to be. I am selfish and jealous. You have moved on and I am stuck. I lie awake at night and stare at the pictures i cannot erase from my phone. I miss you. He looked a little like I did back then.

Do you remeber?

I told you I loved you and you said it back and even though I knew deep down that you didn't mean it, I believed it.

I miss you.
