Dreams
What is life but a dream
To dream
Of an ideal existence
Where everything is positive
Yet this seems
Unattainable
Life is dreary
Life is hard
Yet somewhere deep in our hearts
We aspire
To be more
Than we are.
 

I have a dream
Goes the well-known saying
A dream
Of achieving
A better life
Where we accept ourselves
For who we are
No matter what
Come what may
Dream on
So they say.
