Facade - An Etheree Poem

The
Façade
That you see
Is not at all
What you think it is.
I have become expert
In hiding my true feelings
So that the turmoil in my heart
And in my head does not show at all
In the neutral expression on my face.

Author Notes: Etheree is a poem made of lines comprising one syllable for the first line, two syllables for the second and so on to ten syllables on the tenth line. You can also get reverse etheree whereby the first line is ten syllables counting down to one syllable for the last line. There is also 'double etheree' whereby the first ten lines are of one to ten syllables and the second ten lines are ten to one syllables!
