You’ll have to go on without me, Kol, because soon I won’t be here. I can’t tell you why, but I can tell you that it’s not your fault. It’s nothing you did wrong— or didn’t do— you were wonderful.
It’s going to be hard to keep going. It’s going to be even harder to understand why I had to leave… I can’t tell you, though. It’s too dangerous. Please, stay where you know it’s safe. I don’t mean physically, I mean Stay safe.
Keep going. Remember the good times. Keep loving people like you always have. You’re better at it than most people could ever dream of being. You were always wonderful to me.
