Forever

What does forever even mean to you?

When you couldn’t even keep it true.

You said you’d be there forever .

But they were just words pulled from thin air.

I thought you felt the same.

That you’d cover me in the rain.

I thought forever was always forever.

But now there’s not even us.

Never!

You said you’d be there for me.

But now i truly see.

That you never saw the feelings in me.
