Tears
I watch your tears fall
And think of a crocodile:
We’ve been here before.

Love?
“I love you” you say
Then you hurt me so badly.
Is this really love?

Cortege
The funeral cars
Pass by in slow procession:
One day that’ll be me.

Bra
A teenager now:
Growing up too fast mum says.
Time for my first bra.

Dreams
Funny dreams at night
Cause wet patches on my sheets
I wish I knew why...
