Hope

a little light
surrounded by darkness
flickering in and out
appearing just ahead
of the road paved with knives
the light in your heart
leading the way
while you seem lost
while you don't seem to know where to go
darkness seems to follow you where ever it is you wander
your heart seems to tug in a certain direction 
leading you to an unknown path
follow your heart
for that is where God lives
and he does not leave you
he loves you
he keeps you safe in his arms
follow your heart
he never leads you astray
