you have no idea how bad, I can't even count sheep.

"Little do you know I'm still haunted by the memories",

If only I had known our love was in jeapordy.

"Little do you know I'm trying to pick myself up piece by piece",

How badly it hurt when our love started to cease.

"Little do you know I need a little more time",

It's not as if I'm hearing those wedding bells chime.

"Underneath it all I'm held captive by the hole inside",

I can't help it, but it feels as if my soul is tied.

"I've been holding back for the fear that you might change your mind",

My love for you grew so strong, I was running blind.

"I'm ready to forgive you but forgetting is a harder fight",

Now all that's left is these poems I write.

"But little do you know I need a little more time."

A little more time to get over you, and pretend like you were never mine...
