Everyone has them,

they're the past,

they're accomplishments, first times, loved ones, when you knew you found the one.

There's also those that hold regrets, losses, deaths, and despair.

good memories can make you grateful for who and what you have,

confident about what you can achieve,

passionate about whatever you decide to do.

brave and ready to face anything that comes your way,

smart enough to work your way through obstacles in your life.
