Previously:
Nick is being interogated by Officer Brady, who suspects Nick of murdering his (Nick's) wife Amy. Nick is in the process of telling Officer Brady his alibi and his perspective of the scandal.

Nick: Of course, I was still worried about Amy, so I decided to call her. I heard a faint ringing from beneath the bed. I felt chills going down my spine as I slowly leaned my head over to look underneath the bed. "Bzzz...Bzzz...Bzzz". The buzzing got louder as I stuck my head underneath the bed. It was her phone. Nothing but her phone. No dead body, no crazy stalker, just Amy's phone. Just a simple Iphone 6s+ with a clear case and a cracked scree-

Officer Brady: Okay I get it. Her phone was under the bed. What happened next?

Nick: Okay then I went to bed.

Officer Brady: You did what? Are you dumb?

Nick: I was tired okay? And are you even allowed to say that to me?

Officer Brady: I'm allowed to say whatever tf I want to you dumb prick.

Officer Brady: Aight bruh... either way I gotta go I gotta family that's at home eating dinner right now... without me... I should be there... I'm never there... I've been an awful father... *sniffles* My kids need me... They... They need a father... They've been... getting distant. I need... I need to get them back.

Nick: YOUR KIDS NEED YOU. YOU GO GET THEM BACK ALRIGHT! YOU GO SPEND TIME WITH YOUR BEAUTIFUL FAMILY AND EARN THEM BACK. EARN THEIR LOVE BACK. YOU GO GET EM'!

Officer Brady: HELL YEAH YOU'RE RIGHT! *starts crying* MY FAMILY NEEDS ME AND I'M NOT THERE FOR THEM. I NEED TO GO NOW. *drives off*
