Dates are what define us;

The little numbers that tell of our being,

They say the day we’re born

And they mark important times

And eventually they will tell

Of the day we died

Dates are how we remember

And how we are remembered

But what if it’s wrong?

What if time is a lie?

What if all our life was one

Moment, split in our minds;

A moment of power

That seems so powerful -

That is so powerful- it

Seemed to be a lifetime,

A moment of such power

That it created a story

A legend, a memory;

And that story is you
