Nobody is my friend
Nobody is there for me
There’s no one in the world
Who’s like Nobody
In the dark of the night
When I’ve had a bad dream
Nobody comes in to comfort me,
And Nobody silences my fears
Nobody holds me
And helps me sleep again
When those around me are cruel
I look forward to seeing Nobody,
Knowing that Nobody
Will always be there
And Nobody will wipe away my tears
When I go home,
I go home to Nobody,
And Nobody greets me
Nobody is my friend
Nobody is there for me
And I wish that I could be
A little more like Nobody
Author Notes: You might be thinking, "Wait, I thought you said this was also hopeful.". Well, there's a reason that "Nobody" is always capitalized.
PS: I wrote this when I was 13, so if it's melodramatic, you know why.
