Rain

I have always loved the rain

gloomy days when you feel it's going to pour give me so much excited anticipation

then the drops begin to fall

softly at first then gradually heavier

and the sky just lets everything go

I don't like that people see storms as bad things, who says the sky should be happy all the time?

It's totally natural for the sky to crumble

sometimes I feel like the sky

always pressured to be sunny

and I wish I had the freedom to let everything go without it being such a bad thing

I want someone to see me pour and find it beautiful

because without the rain, nothing good can grow
