Sky

Every day I look up high,

To see a light blue sky,

The fluffy white clouds,

I saw them as I vowed,

I went to lay down,

And held my head up high,

To see the darkened sky,

Over the horizon,

My world was enlightened,

As I saw the sun,

Warm like a fresh bun,

Starting the cold night,

I felt a small bite,

To my side a snake,

My body started to ache,

As I looked to the sky,

I said my final goodbye.
