Looking out the window,
During this wretched pandemic,
What might the future hold?

When will the world
Get back to normal again
When will there be more
Job opportunities
More scope for routine
Life and living.

The world is one's oyster
So they say
When you have the will to live
To maintain equilibrium
In the face of mortality
A time of uncertainty
When we can only wait
Watch the world go by
Anticipate
What lies ahead of us all
In this rollercoaster we call 'life'.
