Look at that girl, what do you see?

Ummm, just a girl.

Wrong. Look at her clothes. Only long sleeves. Look at her neck, can you see the faded bruises. Look under her eyes, do you see the black circles hidden by make up? Look at her lip, can't you see how torn it is from herself biting it? See how she quivers at any sudden movements, like someone is going to hurt her. Look into her eyes can't you see the nights of endless tears and self harm? Can't you feel her pain from across the room?

She is very good at hiding it.
