Over the green meadows
Over the serene mountains
I gaze at a maiden
As lovely as Venus
As fair as the snow of winter
As dazzling as the stars above
Dancing gracefully as the swan
Oh, what a spectacular sight to behold!
Indeed, I could have mistaken her for the magical swan queen
The one who lives in myths
And tales of the folks
The one she bears a striking resemblance with
However, I knew she was real
Unlike the one in the fairytales
Standing before me
Was the mystical maiden who stole my heart
On a starry night
We first met
Enthralled I was
By the majesty of her heavenly beauty
We danced till eternity faded
And it did fade soon
For when I was torn from that blissful sleep
I realised it was nothing more than a mere dream
A dream that can't possibly ever come true...
