Ignore pain, just keep it bottled up,

says the voice in my head.

Don't show, just hide.

Don't feel, don't let anyone know.

Bottle up the pain, the feelings.

instructs the little voice inside my head.

Keep it in,

you have no one to tell,

you are alone,

you are nothing,

whispers the voice in my head.

No one cares,

keep it in,

the voice screams.

Bottle up the pain,

it yells.

Don't let anything out,

you are alone, left in the dust.
