As I'm waiting for you
You pick up your shoes
Hop on one leg at a time
And put them on.

As we walk down the path
You stop look at the sky warily
Ask me if it will rain
And slip your hand in mine.

As the first drops drop
You curse at the clouds
Take my hand
And run for cover.

Do you still remember me?
