Why???

I don’t understand why,

Why you had to do this to me.

I did nothing to you,

Yet you want to treat me like

I’m nothing.

You walk all over me.

You push me around,

You use me.

I told you,

I cared about you,

You said you cared about me too.

But if that was true,

Then why did you do,

What you did?

If you cared,

You would have treated me better.

But you didn’t.

You treated me like I was nothing.

Like I didn’t matter.

Like I was just a piece of trash.

You treat me like I’m no good,

Like I’m useless.

Like I’ll never amount to anything.

Honestly, I don’t know why I expected anything different.

Cause like this happens everytime.

People act like they care,

So then I start to care about them.

I start to get close,

Just to have them throw me away.

And say that it’s my fault.

I’m sick of it,

I really am.

I don’t understand why,

Why people have to be this way.

What I ever did to deserve it.

Oh well,

Guess that’s the way life is sometimes.
